How To Return Your Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 14 days of purchasing your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

State your order number and reason for refund/ exchange.

After you have received confirmation from our support line send back the item and details of the order in a clearly marked package to this address we provide.

As soon as we receive the item we will send you email confirmation of receipt and refund or send out the exchange.

Essentially we want you to have a positive experience with us, so any issues please feel free to get in touch via the support email and we will do whatever we can to help.

 

Please note:

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
